Refund and Returns Policy

At Umbercloak General Store, all products are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners (Printify, Gelato, Gooten, and others). Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind, sizing errors chosen by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.

Personalized products are exempt from withdrawal/cooling-off rights under EU consumer law and similar regulations in other jurisdictions when the item has been customized as requested.

We stand behind our quality:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will coordinate with the fulfilling provider for a reprint, replacement, or refund (per their policy — e.g., Printify/Gelato typically 30 days, Gooten 14 days).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the error is ours or the provider’s.

You retain all statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
